Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager Modernization Sales

Job responsibilities:

• Conduct sales planning and generate modernization strategies to provide accurate and competitive cost estimations in order to achieves MOD sales annual target and growth.
• Visitation program to obtain customer feedback and analyze needs.
• Seek opportunities for product enhancements.
• Analyze customer needs and requirements and prepare quotations and negotiate with customers on product fit and price.
• Ensures that the quality of equipment delivered to clients fulfills the contract’s requirements and Schindler’s quality and safety standard.
• Coordinates with the Drawing Office to provide accurate technical information to the MOD project engineer in a timely manner.
• Responsible for follow up of import materials with Purchasing to meet the project’s requirements and contractual date.

• Sales experience especially in elevator and escalator industry or building industry
• Engineering background
• Sales driven, Self-motivated and dynamic
• Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Engineering or equivalent from recognized institution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Customer oriented and good interpersonal skills
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated to achieve target
• Able to work independently and a team-player
