Role: Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader

Required Skills and Qualifications

Lead technical delivery and engineering activities for customer projects and solutions.

Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, understanding their business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Drive solution architecture, technical design, integration, implementation, and deployment.

Work closely with engineering, product, operations, support, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery.

Manage technical risks, dependencies, escalations, and issue resolution throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Ensure solutions meet customer expectations, technical standards, performance requirements, and quality benchmarks.

Lead technical discussions, customer workshops, solution presentations, and design reviews.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.

Support proof of concepts (PoCs), solution validation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Monitor delivery progress and communicate technical status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased delivery efficiency.

Ensure smooth transition of solutions to production, operations, and support teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong experience in technical leadership, customer delivery engineering, or solution implementation.

Proven experience managing customer-facing technical engagements.

Strong understanding of solution design, system integration, implementation, and deployment.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans.

Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering and delivery teams.
