Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
1. At least 2 years of experience in outsourced mobile cleaning management, familiar with multi-site cleaning coordination and cross-site support arrangement.
2. Familiar with operation of cleaning equipment and chemicals, control consumables, manage cost and material deployment.
3. Carry out regular inspection at various client sites, monitor cleaning quality, follow up rectification, liaise with clients and handle complaints.
4. Manage mobile cleaning team: rostering, manpower deployment, attendance and new staff training, arrange manpower for ad-hoc jobs.
5. Able to fill in inspection forms, job orders and material requisition, submit weekly reports and project documents on time.
6. Good communication, able to work under pressure, flexible for mobile deployment, respond quickly to ad-hoc & emergency cleaning tasks, follow safety procedures.
