Full Time Senior Accounts Executive Jobs, in Microtree Selangor - Maukerja

Candidate must possess at least a Degree, Diploma, LCCI, or equivalent qualification in Accounting or a related field.

Preferably with 3–5 years of experience in the accounting field.

Experience with accounting software; familiarity with AutoCount is an added advantage.

Responsible, with a good attitude and able to meet deadlines.

Prefer Mandarin Speaking candidate

Prepare full sets of accounts and handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Check AP invoices and other expenses to ensure accuracy and proper posting in the accounting system.

Prepare weekly and monthly debtor ageing and collection reports.

Handle payments and perform monthly reconciliation for bank, creditor, and inter-company balances.

Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Assist with E-Invoice compliance, documentation, and month-end reconciliation.

Handle other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned from time to time.
