Full Time Customer Service Executive - Air Freight (Freight Forwarding Industry) Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,000 in Worldgate Express Services Sdn Bhd Jelutong - Maukerja

Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in freight forwarding, preferably Air Freight.

Experience in Air Freight Import and/or Export customer service and operations.

Familiar with airline booking, AWB documentation, flight schedules and shipment coordination.

Knowledge of KLIA cargo operations and customs procedures will be an advantage.

Able to coordinate with customers, airlines, overseas agents and internal departments.

Good communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.

Able to work under pressure and handle urgent/time-sensitive shipments.

Handle Air Freight Import and/or Export shipments from booking to completion.

Coordinate with customers, airlines, overseas agents and service providers on shipment arrangements.

Arrange airline bookings and monitor flight schedules, cargo movements and shipment status.

Prepare and check AWB and other shipping documentation accurately and on time.

Provide timely shipment updates and respond to customer enquiries and requests.

Coordinate with Operations, Customs/Declaration, Transport, Warehouse and Sales teams for smooth shipment handling.

Follow up on delays, offloads, discrepancies and other shipment issues and provide solutions promptly.

Ensure shipments are handled according to customer requirements, SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Maintain proper shipment records and ensure accurate information for billing and job closing.

Perform other duties as assigned by the superior or Management.
