• Assist customers with enquiries regarding used vehicles
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs and budget
• Conduct vehicle presentations, viewings, and test drives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Follow up on sales leads and customer enquiries promptly
• Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales customer service

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and online platforms
• Promote company inventory through digital channels and social media
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
• Identify opportunities to upsell financing, insurance, and related services

• Prepare quotations, sales agreements, and related documentation
• Coordinate loan applications, insurance processing, and ownership transfers
• Liaise with internal departments, financial institutions, and external partners
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate record keeping

• Maintain knowledge of vehicle specifications, features, and conditions
• Ensure showroom and vehicle displays are presentable and well-maintained
• Assist in inventory updates and stock coordination when required

• A passion for automotive sales and customer engagement.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• A sales-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid Class 3 driving licence with at least two years of driving experience.
• Confidence in conducting vehicle viewings and test drives.
• Basic knowledge of automotive financing and insurance processes is an advantage.
• Familiarity with online sales platforms and social media marketing is an advantage.
