Responsibilities
Working Hours: 8am–4pm/4pm–10pm | 44 hrs/week
Salary: Up to $2,800+$300 Flexi Wellness Credit
Location: Potong Pasir/Kovan/Tampines
Benefits:
Performance Bonus
Flexi Wellness Benefit: $300/year
Key Duties:
Managed front-desk duties: patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, phone inquiries
Handled payments, processed insurance claims, provided cost estimates
Assisted healthcare professionals: prepared examination rooms, sterilised instruments, supported patient consultations
Maintained accurate medical records and adequate medical supplies
Key Requirements:
Min. NITEC in any field or equivalent certification
Prior experience in healthcare industry is highly advantageous
Comfortable working on weekends & Public Holidays
