Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure the quality of work complies with the Quality Management System, including developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and checklists.
Inspect materials on site to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
Identify priorities for quality improvement, establish performance metrics, and lead the development and implementation of quality standards.
Assist the QA/QC Manager in managing the quality aspects of project operations to meet client requirements, Company requirements, and applicable certification standards.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure all inspection and testing requirements are fulfilled and the quality of work meets contractual and client requirements.
Assess subcontractors’ and suppliers’ QA arrangements for compliance with contractual requirements.
Ensure QC procedures are implemented across projects through audits and reporting against the applicable quality plans and related documents.
Maintain and file Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective and Preventive Action Reports.
Ensure all QA/QC records are properly maintained and submitted to clients within the required timelines.
Prepare and submit monthly quality reports to clients.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
