Full Time Business Development Manager (Industrial-HVAC) Jobs, in RRecruiter Selangor - Maukerja

Role Summary:

Drive growth and market share in high-potential verticals—specifically Data Centers, EV Batteries, and Hydrogen—by identifying commercial opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and developing comprehensive business plans for emerging industrial markets (including chemicals, steel, oil & gas, and carbon capture).

Core Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and build a robust business development pipeline.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to generate sales leads and deepen penetration into key accounts.
• Establish strategic alliances with critical market stakeholders, including project owners, electrolyzer manufacturers, and EPCs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals and leverage technical application knowledge to influence customer design specifications.
• Spearhead industry-specific marketing initiatives, such as tradeshows and targeted seminars.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of relevant business development experience in international manufacturing.
• Deep technical understanding of industrial cooling systems and market developments.
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams within a matrix organization without direct reporting authority.
• Expert-level analytical and quantitative skills for solving complex problems and structuring strategic solutions.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging with global stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
