Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Architectural Coordinator to support project execution through BIM drawing production, technical coordination and site supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, develop and maintain architectural BIM drawings using Revit.
Convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into 3D models.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to resolve architectural technical issues.
Ensure drawing submissions and site progress meet project schedules.
Maintain quality documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards and LOD requirements.
Monitor architectural site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality and EHS standards.
Coordinate inspections and project handover to achieve customer satisfaction and good CONQUAS / QM scores.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
