Full Time Civil Engineer Jobs, in Aurora Talent Federal Territory - Maukerja

Our client is looking for a Civil Engineer to provide technical leadership for civil, structural, geotechnical and project engineering across projects, covering site investigation, earthworks, drainage and stormwater management, access roads, foundations and piling. Candidates with experience in utility scale solar is preferred.

The role oversees multidisciplinary engineering delivery from development and site assessment through design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning. It coordinates the specialists responsible for detailed design and ensures that layouts, energy-yield assessments, CAPEX/yield benchmarks and other techno-commercial inputs are robust, integrated and decision-ready.

• Lead civil, structural and geotechnical engineering, construction quality oversight and technical assurance
• Oversee project engineering deliverables and multidisciplinary interfaces
• Coordinate layouts, energy-yield assessments and CAPEX/yield benchmarking to support project decisions
• Drive consistent engineering practice, risk management and value optimisation

Qualifications/ Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil, structural or geotechnical engineering, including design, design review, construction and project delivery for utility-scale power, renewable energy or infrastructure projects
• Civil, structural and geotechnical engineering, design assurance and interdisciplinary review
• Earthworks, drainage/stormwater, roads, foundations and piling design and construction, including interpretation of survey, geotechnical, hydrology, material and pile test data
• Project engineering leadership, deliverable planning and multidisciplinary interface management
• Site-layout, energy-yield and CAPEX/yield review, option assessment and value engineering
• Technical specifications, tender evaluation, construction support and commissioning
• Working knowledge of Malaysian civil and structural codes and authority requirements (e.g. Eurocodes/MS EN, MSMA, JKR standards)
