What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts
• Help with bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable tracking
• Maintain and update financial records and databases accurately
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and standard accounting procedures
• Assist the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and administrative support as needed

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Willingness to learn accounting systems/software (training will be provided)
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
