Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and follow-ups.
• Create and publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms to attract potential candidates.
• Review incoming applications and identify suitable profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to understand candidates' experience, career interests and job preferences.
• Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth interview process.
• Build and maintain good relationships with candidates through regular communication and timely updates.
• Assist in managing candidate records, updating recruitment databases and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the recruitment team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Take on additional duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE A-Level, Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfortable interacting with different stakeholders and handling coordination work.
