Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 2-4 years' experience in Key Account, Sales, or Business Development within the Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Skincare, or FMCG industry.

Experience managing Modern Trade, Chain Pharmacy (Watsons, Guardian, Health Lane, AEON Wellness, etc.), or General Trade accounts is an advantage.

Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Possess own transport and be willing to travel when required.

Develop new business opportunities within Modern Trade, Chain Pharmacy, and General Trade channels to drive sales growth and expand market presence.

Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers by identifying new opportunities and delivering value-added solutions.

Execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, improve product distribution, and maximise account performance.

Manage pricing, sales orders, stock availability, delivery coordination, and resolve customer enquiries or complaints promptly.

Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth business operations.

Coordinate with distributors to achieve sales objectives and ensure effective execution of promotional activities.

Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, monitor inventory, and complete all required administrative tasks accurately.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights within the beauty and personal care industry.
