Temporary Tax & Finance Executive - 8 months contract

Salary Range: S$3.5K/month

Location: Kent ridge

Job scope

Duties & Responsibilities

Tax Responsibilities

•                     Review and file withholding tax returns every month, ensuring timely filing to the IRAS and adequate approval of journals

•                     Prepare monthly reconciliation of withholding tax filings and payments

•                     Address simple WHT queries from various departments

•                     Prepare and post journal entries for GST

•                     Perform quarterly Balance Sheet reviews

•                     Generate reports and prepare schedules for quarterly GST filing

•                     Collate information for property tax related matters

•                     Assist in any ad-hoc duties and projects, as assigned

Finance Responsibilities

•                     Assist in financial operational work for a research cluster, as required 



Requirements

•                     Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent is preferred

•                     Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience

•                     Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel

•                     Strong numeracy and analytical skills

•                     Basic GST, withholding tax and/ or property tax knowledge is preferred

•                     SAP S4 HANA knowledge and experience are a plus
