Job Purpose * - IT Lead

To lead the design, development, and support of Ambit Focus ecosystem, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance of critical banking systems. The role is responsible for delivering robust technical solutions aligned with business requirements, enhancing core financial and operational processes, and supporting integration with other enterprise and banking systems.

Key Responsibilities *

Solution Development and Customization

· Design, develop, and maintain applications within the Ambit Focus ecosystem.

· Develop data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes from Ambit Focus.

· Customize and configure Ambit Focus screens, workflows, forms, and reports.

· Collaborate with business users, analysts, and other developers to understand

requirements.

· Integrate Ambit Focus with external systems using APIs, file-based interfaces, or

middleware.

· Ensure compliance with coding standards, security, and data integrity requirements.

· Develop and support integrations with third-party systems and banking applications.

System Support and Troubleshooting

· Provide expert-level production support, including troubleshooting issues, root cause

analysis, and performance tuning.

· Troubleshoot production issues related to Ambit Focus and ensure timely resolution.

Technical Design & Documentation

· Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

· Develop comprehensive documentation for code, interfaces, and configurations to support

audits and knowledge transfer.

· Maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and user guides.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9,900.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
