Full Time HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in CHJ Property Kedah - Maukerja

• Recruitment & Manpower Planning – Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and manpower planning.
• Employee Onboarding & Offboarding – Prepare LOA/FTC, coordinate new hire arrangements, manage employee clearance, and submit statutory documents to HQ.
• Leave & Attendance Management – Administer leave applications, monitor attendance, maintain leave records, and follow up on attendance issues.
• Payroll & Compensation Administration – Process payroll inputs, calculate overtime, verify salary adjustments, and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Employee & Industrial Relations – Handle employee enquiries, grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee benefits.
• Performance & Employee Movement – Coordinate performance appraisals, probation reviews, and prepare confirmation, promotion, increment, and transfer letters.
• Training & Development – Coordinate training programmes, maintain training records, and support HRD Corp grant applications.
• Asset & Facilities Management – Manage company assets, coordinate IT equipment procurement and repairs, and maintain asset records.
• HR Administration & Compliance – Maintain employee files, ensure HR compliance, support audits, and coordinate uniform distribution.
• HR System & Data Management – Update and maintain accurate employee information, payroll changes, leave records, and employment status in HR systems.
• Employee Engagement & Other Duties – Support staff activities, employee engagement programmes, and other HR-related assignments.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
