Urgent Hiring – *Service Desk Analyst (Preferred Local candidates)*
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia*
- Join Our Service Desk Team! We're hiring a Service Desk Analyst to be the frontline hero for our users!
- What You’ll Do:*
- Handle IT-related calls & emails (Level 1 support)
- Troubleshoot & escalate technical issues
- Ensure fast resolutions within SLA
- Manage user access & system fixes
- *What You Bring:*
- IT degree + 4 years of experience
- Troubleshooting skills in Windows environment
- Background in Helpdesk, Insurance, Call Center, or Customer Service is a plus!
- Independent, problem-solving mindset & great teamwork
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
