Full Time ACCOUNTS SUPERVISOR - MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in GOOD COUNT CONSULTING SERVICES (M) SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Scope:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and finalize accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and statutory accounts in strict compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Account Reconciliation: Review and reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and intercompany transactions regularly to identify discrepancies and ensure overall ledger accuracy.
• Accounts Management: Oversee and streamline accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and aging debt collections.
• Internal Controls: Implement, monitor, and maintain strong internal control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets.
• Team Supervision: Supervise, mentor, and guide junior accounting staff, conduct performance evaluations, and review their daily work, journals, and schedules for completeness and accuracy.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance against budgets, conduct variance analyses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Audit Support: Coordinate and prepare audit schedules, tax computations, and relevant documentation to support smooth internal, external, and statutory tax audits.
• Other Duties: Execute ad-hoc financial assignments, cash flow projections, or other related duties as assigned by management to support business operations.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
