Full Time Tooling Technician Jobs, in CTRM AEROSYSTEMS SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Engineering or related technical field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience;
• Knowledge of CAMS hardware/software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of CAD, GD&T, and metrology would be an advantage.
• Independent, proactive, resourceful, and able to work effectively in a team and technical environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate and maintain CAMS equipment, including hardware and software.
• Perform digital inspection, tool and jig inspection, installation, and tool cycle checks.
• Collect, analyze, and verify inspection data using appropriate metrology methods and systems.
• Report product or equipment non-conformances and support corrective actions.
• Work closely with the IBT team to minimize production downtime related to CAMS inspection.
• Maintain tooling, equipment, and tool room housekeeping in accordance with 5S requirements.
• Complete CAMS activities according to planned timelines and support cost reduction initiatives.
• Comply with applicable quality, safety, environmental, customer, and company standards and perform other duties as assigned.
