Role Description

The Graphic Designer / Visual Designer / Creative Designer develops visual materials that communicate brand messages and support marketing, digital, and business objectives. Responsibilities include interpreting briefs, developing concepts, creating layouts and artwork, and preparing assets for publication across digital and print channels.

Graphic Designer positions focus on materials such as advertisements, brochures, presentations, packaging, and social media graphics. Visual Designer positions develop cohesive visual systems, typography, colour palettes, and digital layouts. Creative Designer positions explore campaign concepts and translate ideas into engaging visual executions across formats. All positions collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to refine designs, maintain brand consistency, and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills, creative thinking, and relevant project work.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and develop concepts suited to the audience and communication objectives.
• Experience creating assets for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, or print production.
• Knowledge of file formats, image resolution, artwork specifications, and production requirements.
• Ability to present design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• For visual and creative positions, experience developing design systems, campaign concepts, motion graphics, or other complementary creative skills is an advantage.
