Full Time AS400 Developer Jobs, in Techstreet Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

Must have 2 -4 years hands-on work experience as Developer with AS400 (new name IBM System i) or RPG/RPG LE/CL from any industry.

Must know how to analyse the problem and try to find issue on source code – debugging skill.

Need to make sure which part of system has problem. Ability to find out and fix the problem.

Hands-on experience in queries from database using SQL- need to look at database to search for record

Responsibilities

• -AS400 Mainframe developer role. Not using cobol/rpg. ( running on AS400) to build the back -end system. training will be provided on how to use ASSET
• -Build system, perform testing before release.
• -Support user testing.
• -Ensure system can be deployed. The candidate will not be the one that do the deploy, but he/she needs to help prepare documentation.
• -Make change on code and prepare documentation using template.
• -This is a scrum-handling project.
• -Use JIRA to perform scrum activity.
• -Conduct scrum ceremony whenever is needed - discuss about progress and every 2 weeks – need to update JIRA.
• The scrum tasks are on rotation basis among team members.
