SpacePlus is part of Abiel Property Investment Group, a Singapore-based real estate investment and asset management group managing approximately S$130 million in property assets.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a self-driven, entrepreneurial and service-oriented individual to take ownership of the leasing and day-to-day operations of our SpacePlus properties.

Think of this role as running your own boutique hospitality business — except your guests are businesses and your rooms are beautifully designed workspaces.

You will have considerable autonomy to manage the property, build tenant relationships, maintain high occupancy and develop creative ways to attract new tenants.

We are a lean, entrepreneurial team. We believe in empowering capable people to make decisions and take ownership, rather than managing through layers of reporting.

We focus on results, not micromanagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

•⁠ ⁠Leasing & Occupancy: Drive enquiries, conduct viewings, negotiate leases, manage renewals and proactively maintain high occupancy.

•⁠ ⁠Tenant Experience: Build strong relationships with tenants, manage their needs and deliver an exceptional level of customer service.

•⁠ ⁠Property Operations: Oversee day-to-day facilities, maintenance, cleanliness, contractors and the overall presentation of the property.

•⁠ ⁠Entrepreneurial Leasing: Develop fresh ideas, marketing initiatives, partnerships and referral channels to attract tenants and minimise vacancies.

•⁠ ⁠Business Performance: Take ownership of key performance indicators, particularly occupancy, leasing conversion, tenant retention and service standards.

•⁠ ⁠Expansion: Play an active role in the leasing and operational launch of our upcoming 88 Aljunied development.

Who We’re Looking For

We value attitude, initiative and ownership as much as experience.

Ideally, you will have:

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience in co-working, co-living, serviced apartments, hospitality, hotel operations or property management.

•⁠ ⁠A genuine passion for customer service and creating a positive tenant experience.

•⁠ ⁠A proactive, resourceful and commercially minded approach to solving problems.

•⁠ ⁠The confidence to work independently, take initiative and make things happen.

•⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with a hands-on attitude.

•⁠ ⁠An appreciation for well-designed spaces and the importance of maintaining excellent property standards.

Prior leasing or real estate experience is highly regarded, but not essential. We are equally interested in candidates from hospitality or serviced accommodation who demonstrate strong commercial instincts and a willingness to learn.
