Job Description & Requirements

Human Resource Operations

• Provide general administrative support in recruitment matters – job postings, arranging interviews (through email or calls), co-ordinating the interview process(application forms and other forms for candidates), and reference checks
• Manage end-to-end on-boarding and off-boarding matters including but not limited to door access cards, documents to the security office for access cards, uniforms (full suitor polo T-shirt), lockers, locker keys, etc.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Prepare employment contracts, staff confirmation, promotion, acknowledgement and resignation letters, and other HR-related letters
• Maintain employee records including P-files, HRIS system, and TMS reports, and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements
• Support other HR-related special projects as directed by Management
• Assist with HR general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as required

Administration

• Assist in organizing company functions and staff welfare activities
• In charge of servicing and maintenance of office equipment, e.g. corporate mobiles, office landlines, fibre broadband connections for 2 stores (Bukit Batok and Ubi), photocopiers, office air-con, water dispenser and filters, office phones (NEC), etc.
• Initiate and follow upon applications and renewals of tied-up programs with counterparties, and Instalment Payment Plan (IPP) plans with banks
• Keep stock of stationery and distribute to staff as required; replenish stationery orders weekly/monthly for 2 entities – AVS (Bukit Batok and Ubi) and ACCS
• Keep stock of staff uniforms (full suit and polo T-shirt); replenish orders from regular suppliers and source new suppliers for better quality and pricing
• Provide administrative and business support to the management
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned according to organizational needs
