Key Responsibilities

· Monitor construction project and plantation budgets, actual costs and commitments.

· Prepare budget vs actual and variance analysis.

· Analyse project/plantation profitability and cost performance.

· Analyse project claims, VO and financial impact.

· Identify cost overruns, financial risks and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

· Degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Accounting or related field.

· 3–5 years relevant experience in financial analysis, cost control or management accounting.

· Construction/plantation experience is an advantage.

· Strong Excel, data analysis and financial modelling skills.

· Strong numerical, analytical and forecasting ability.

· Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
