DCA Ventures is hiring Financial Advisors to join our advisory team in Singapore. This role suits professionals who want more control over their income and career progression. No finance background is needed, and we provide full training.

As a Financial Advisor, your results are driven by your own effort. You will meet individuals and families to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable solutions. You decide how many appointments to take on, so you control the pace of your income and your career. You can also progress into a leadership role where you train and manage your own team.

How we support you

• Cold market support: we arrange appointments for you through our telemarketing team and run roadshows, so you have clients to meet from the start.
• Over time, you build a referral-based client base, so you rely less on cold leads.
• Structured training, weekly coaching from experienced leaders, and joint appointments while you learn.

Pay: Commission-based with uncapped earnings, plus performance bonuses.

Example (illustration only):

• Selling a policy with a $500 monthly premium can earn up to about $3,000 in commission before bonuses.
• Selling three such policies in a month would earn up to about $9,000.
• Actual earnings depend on the products sold and your own hardwork.

Work hours: Flexible. You arrange your own client appointments around your schedule.

Duties

• Conduct financial needs analysis with individuals and families
• Recommend suitable financial solutions based on client needs
• Meet clients from company-arranged appointments and roadshows
• Build long-term client relationships and grow your client base through referrals
• Lead and train a team, if you progress to management

Requirements

• Local Diploma, A-Level, or Degree qualification
• Motivated, self-driven, and not satisfied with the status quo
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Legally eligible to work in Singapore; work visa sponsorship is not available
• Able to meet MAS requirements for appointment as a financial advisory representative, including CMFAS examinations
