The Customer Service Representative (Rotational Shift) is responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers across multiple communication channels. This role requires flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotational schedule, ensuring continuous coverage and timely resolution of customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions and maintain detailed case records in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments within defined response times.
• Support multilingual or region-specific customer bases, depending on business needs.
• Adhere to confidentiality, compliance, and data protection policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting solutions.

Shift Structure

• Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Night Shift: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and rotational shifts.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
