Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure projects meet schedule, quality, and safety standards. Collaborate with project teams to resolve site issues and maintain accurate progress reporting.

Monitor work progress and adjust plans to ensure timely project completion
Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and workers to align site operations
Enforce compliance with workplace safety requirements and company procedures on site
Inspect work quality to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards
Arrange and manage manpower, tools, and materials to support site operations
Prepare and submit daily site reports documenting project progress and issues
Identify site-related problems and collaborate with the project team to implement timely resolutions
Communicate clearly and coordinate tasks to facilitate smooth site operations
Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Adapt to working at various project sites across Singapore as required
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Relevant experience in construction or M&E engineering projects
Familiarity with construction site safety requirements
