Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor

Salary Range: RM2,500 – RM5,500

Work Location: KLCC, Kuala Lumpur

Job Requirements

• Candidates with hands-on experience in Western cuisine are preferred.

• Good teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions and management guidelines.

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices, with strong attention to detail.

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidates with relevant experience and the ability to speak Mandarin will have an added advantage.

• Open to local citizens only.

• Prepare Western cuisine dishes while ensuring food quality and consistency in accordance with established standards.

• Manage food storage and ensure ingredients remain fresh.

• Participate in menu adjustments and the development of new dishes.

• Strictly follow cleaning and sanitisation procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
