We are seeking a creative, self-driven Social Media Specialist to establish and lead our marketing function from the ground up. You will create engaging short-form content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook to promote new menu items and outlet openings, connecting with a diverse, younger audience.

Plan, produce and publish creative short-form videos and photography for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, promoting new products and outlet launches.
Shoot, edit and optimise content independently, keeping pace with current viral trends and platform best practices.
Set up and manage the company's social media presence and marketing processes as the sole member of a new marketing department.
Monitor engagement and performance, and adapt content strategy to grow audience reach and community interaction.
Job Requirements
Proven skills in videography, photography and video editing, with a portfolio or sample work demonstrating fun, appealing and on-trend content.
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, with the ability to connect authentically with younger audiences.
Able to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Fresh graduates in Media, Communications or related fields are welcome to apply; relevant internship or personal project experience is an advantage.
