Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily operations.
• Ensure operational processes run efficiently and meet productivity targets.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, security, and utilities.
• Optimize resource utilization to reduce downtime and costs.
• Identify inefficiencies in facility operations and suggest improvements
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and competitive pricing.
• Prepare purchase orders and contracts as per organizational policies.
• Assist in preparing budgets for tools and equipment purchase.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support business objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality assurance, and logistics, to enhance operational performance.
• Implement and enforce safety guidelines and ensure compliance with legal and corporate safety standards.
