Full Time FAI Data Entry Assistant Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,400 in NOVA-TECH MFG PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Input and maintain data for FAI reports, test results, inspection checklists, and other quality records.

• Ensure all data entries are accurate, complete, and consistent.

• Organize and maintain quality documentation for easy retrieval and traceability.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

• Consolidate quality data and prepare reports for internal analysis.

• Coordinate with Quality Inspectors, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure timely updates of inspection records.

• Support document control activities in compliance with quality management system requirements.

• Assist with audits and quality documentation when required.

• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry or quality administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, and tables.

• Familiarity with quality documentation such as FAI, NCR, Inspection Reports, and Quality Logs is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
