Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Responsible, reliable, and a good team player.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.
Assist in basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and preparing ingredients.
Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, storage areas, waste disposal, and dishwashing stations.
Support the kitchen team during daily operations when necessary.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety procedures.
Report equipment faults, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
