Job Description:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu development, ensuring a consistent quality across all dishes.
- Support the application process for halal certification, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that ingredients are fresh and adequately stocked.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to improve processes and workflows, enhancing efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

SPM/Diploma/Advanced Diploma or any higher qualification related to the field

Salary:

Basic, travel allowance and perfect attendance allowance

Location:

Damansara Perdana, Mutiara Damansara, Damansara Jaya

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
