Full Time Sales Executive/Business Development - Marine Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 + commission in AECO Technologies (M) WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

1–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in marine, marine electronics, technical equipment, or a related industry.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.

Sales experience is an advantage.

Experience in selling, installing, or troubleshooting marine electronic equipment is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong verbal and written English skills.

Able to speak Chinese; proficiency in local Chinese dialects is an added advantage.

Develop business through market visits, key account management, tracking projects, and setting new targets to drive growth.

Identify and acquire new customers by analyzing the market, planning visits, and responding promptly to inquiries and quotations.

Gather and analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor insights to support strategic planning.

Conduct market research to develop feasible business strategies and plans.

Maintain strong knowledge of marine products and provide technical support for critical issues.

Monitor key projects to ensure product usage and achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain customer relationships through regular visits and product recommendations.

Ensure proper pricing and payment follow-ups to optimize revenue and reduce outstanding payments.

Coordinate with internal teams (Admin, Warehouse, Marketing, Accounting) to ensure excellent service.

Support the Sales Manager in achieving targets by managing customer relationships and pursuing growth opportunities.
