Job Description

Requirements

  • Good communication and organisational skills.

  • Responsible, punctual, proactive, and willing to learn.

  • Able to multitask and follow up consistently.

  • Familiar with WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.

  • Experience in property, administration, customer service, or telemarketing is an advantage.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with property owners, clients, and building management.

Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls to property owners to source sale and rental listings.

  • Contact building management and build relationships to identify property opportunities.

  • Research condominiums, office towers, and commercial properties in assigned areas.

  • Confirm property availability, asking prices, and owner requirements.

  • Follow up with potential clients and arrange appointments for the sales team.

  • Update call records, contact details, and follow-up status.

  • Meet assigned daily call and listing targets.
