We are currently recruiting for multinational consumer products and healthcare group of companies, who are looking to hire a Managerial or Senior Managerial level talents to lead their FP&A team, based in Petaling Jaya.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnering with the Senior Finance Management team, you'll serve as a key financial advisor to the country Business Unit. Core responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the annual target-setting and budget process, including consolidation and presentation to the Senior Executive Team.
• Analysing monthly Business Unit performance across multiple data sources to surface trends, issues, and priorities.
• Supporting contractual negotiations, profitability analysis, and strategic projects including M&A, restructurings, and joint ventures.
• Challenging and advising the Business Unit on advertising spend, working capital, and cost development.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline controlling processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Managing cross-functional interactions to ensure timely understanding of financial performance.

Skills & Experience Required:

• A degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; an MBA is an advantage
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
• Hands-on experience with SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with advanced business and industry knowledge
