Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Remote / Nationwide Travel)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: RM6,000 – RM8,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Program Management: Lead education programs from planning and development through implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
• Project Execution: Develop work plans, manage budgets, track KPIs and ensure programs achieve their intended outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with government agencies, schools, funders, NGOs and community partners to drive program success.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows and use AI or digital tools to enhance efficiency and program delivery.
• Problem-Solving: Manage multiple projects, resolve operational challenges and adapt plans to changing circumstances.
• Field Engagement: Travel nationwide to support program implementation, including visits to schools and underserved or rural communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business, Project Management or a related field.
• Experience managing projects or programs, preferably in education, NGOs, social enterprises or community development.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using digital tools and open to applying AI to improve work processes.
• Passionate about education, youth development and creating positive social impact.
• Willing and able to undertake extensive nationwide travel, including visits to rural communities and schools with basic infrastructure.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary of RM6,000 – RM8,000.
