Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification with at least 1 year of work experience in any field.
Fresh graduates with a Diploma or higher qualification are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Able to travel to and work at Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.
Candidates who can start immediately will have an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to promote products, services, and special offers.
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions about products, promotions, and packages.
Record accurate customer information and call details in the company’s system.
Provide clear and accurate information while delivering friendly and professional customer service.
Participate in activities to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
