Full Time Maintenance Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,200 in Smart Reader Worldwide WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Minimum Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, SPM, or a recognized trade qualification.

Minimum at least 1 year of working experience as Technician / Maintenance Assistant.

Experience in electrical troubleshooting and wiring is preferred.

Good technical, problem-solving, and preventive maintenance knowledge.

Familiar with relevant building regulations, fire safety requirements, and local standards.

Experience working in property management and an understanding of the strata property will be an added advantage.

Able to start in a short notice is an added advantage.

Install, maintain, measure, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment, including lighting, plumbing, pool, etc.

Ensure all technical and maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner.

Follow through on all issues raised until all parties involved are satisfied.

Carry out daily checks and maintenance for all building amenities, including water features, escalators, lift, CCTV, pumps, etc.

Maintain and repair all the common area properties & facilities.

Coordinate and implement preventive maintenance programs as per schedule.

Respond and report appropriately to emergencies as they arise.

Keep records of repairs, maintenance work and outstanding issues.

Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for equipment servicing, repairs, and technical works.

Carry our other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
