Role Description The Administrative Assistant role at Kinergy is a full-time, hybrid position based in WP Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves providing daily administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling document preparation. The Administrative Assistant will assist executives with calendar management, travel arrangements, and coordination of internal and external meetings. Responsibilities also include answering and directing phone calls with professional etiquette, supporting team communications, and liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders when needed. The role requires accurate data entry, preparation of basic reports, and adherence to company policies, confidentiality standards, and ESG-related practices.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage documentation, filing, scheduling, and general office support activities.
  • Candidates should demonstrate effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to handle inquiries, route calls appropriately, and support clear, professional interactions with stakeholders.
  • Candidates should have experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials for leadership.
  • Candidates should ideally have proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and basic data entry and reporting capabilities.
  • Candidates should show strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with prior experience in energy, engineering, or ESG-focused organizations, and a relevant diploma or degree in business administration or a related field, will have an advantage.
