Full Time MEP Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-out) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,300 in NGAI CHIN CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse tender documents, drawings and specifications to identify project requirements and potential cost implications.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities (BQ) for MEP works in interior fit-out projects.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with project specifications.
• Post contract variation evaluation & management
• Attend tender site show round & and provide briefing notes
• Review & prepare M&E costs for miscellaneous works
• Roll out, evaluate M&E subcontractors quotation and prepare report
• Review subcontractor claim and prepare payment recommendation
• Material sourcing and its procurement activities
• Manage, liaise and finalise with subcontractor for variation order and closure
• Attend to Ad-hoc assignment when required

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in MEP quantity surveying, preferably in interior fit-out or renovation projects.
• Familiarity with MEP systems, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and other building services works.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications and construction documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant quantity surveying software.
• Strong numerical, analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Candidates with experience in commercial, office, retail, F&B or hospitality interior fit-out projects will have an added advantage.
