Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily cash transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, QR payments, and other accepted payment methods.
• Ensure all transactions are entered accurately into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Receive payments from customers and issue receipts for every transaction.
• Ensure the cash register and cash float are accurate at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and report any cash shortages or excesses to the Supervisor.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Assist customers with product prices, promotions, discounts, and enquiries.
• Ensure all items are scanned correctly and that the prices charged match the system.
• Check product quantities, barcodes, and promotional offers before completing transactions.
• Handle customer complaints and refer unresolved issues to the Supervisor.
• Keep the cashier counter clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Ensure all cash and payment records are properly managed and secured.
• Follow company SOP, cash-handling procedures, and security policies.
• Report any suspicious transactions, payment errors, or system issues to the Supervisor immediately.
• Assist with stock arrangement, replenishment, and other store duties when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
