What You’ll Create

You will help shape experiences from the first idea through to how they come alive.

That could mean:

• Creating original concepts for events, activations and client experiences.
• Finding the story or creative idea that holds an experience together.
• Designing moments that audiences remember and want to share.
• Thinking beyond the physical event to how an idea travels through video, social and digital content.
• Creating social-native ideas rather than simply turning event footage into social posts.
• Developing video concepts, storylines, scripts and creative treatments.
• Working with designers, videographers, agencies, production teams and partners to bring ideas to life.
• Spotting emerging formats, creators, technologies and cultural trends that could inspire what we do next.
• Taking inspiration from the best experiences anywhere, not just within financial services.

How You Think

You are probably someone who has a notes app full of ideas.

You notice interesting experiences, campaigns, videos and social content and instinctively think about why they worked.

You understand that creativity isn’t about making something different for the sakeof being different. The best ideas connect the audience, the story and the objective.

And you can move between thinking and doing.

You can come up with the idea, articulate it clearly, build the story, brief theright people and stay close enough to the work to make sure the finalexperience lives up to the original thought.
