Full Time Account Team Lead (Mandarin Speaker) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Career Horizons Sabah - Maukerja

Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in accounting, audit or outsourcing.

Strong knowledge of full set accounts, MFRS/MPERS and SST.

Experience in leading or supervising team members is preferred.

Experience with cloud accounting systems, especially Xero, is an advantage.

Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Able to speak in Mandarin.

Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or MICPA are an advantage.

Review full sets of accounts, management reports, SST computations and financial analysis.

Monitor and support month-end and year-end closing.

Review audit schedules, consolidation reports and supporting documents.

Lead and supervise a team of 3–4 accounting staff, including workload allocation, coaching and performance reviews.

Ensure work is completed accurately and according to MFRS/MPERS and company SOPs.

Handle client queries and technical issues, and act as the escalation point when needed.

Improve accounting processes and introduce digital tools such as Xero, Dext and Syft.

Support client meetings and maintain good client relationships.

Monitor team productivity, work quality, deadlines and client satisfaction.
