Full Time Legal Counsel, General Corporate (3-5 years PQE) Jobs, in Kerry Consulting - Maukerja

Our client is an established organisation operating within the energy sector. As part of its growing operations, the organisation is looking to hire a Legal Counsel to support its commercial activities, regulatory obligations and broader legal and compliance matters.

Reporting into the Legal & Compliance function, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements across the energy value including sale and purchase agreements, financing agreement and other operational agreements for the organization such as employment contracts, technology vendor agreements.

In addition to the above, you will advise on contractual risk management, support dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters and work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel on legal and compliance initiatives.

You should be a Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 3-5 years PQE with significant exposure to general corporate commercial work. You should demonstrate strong drafting and analytical skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while engaging effectively with stakeholders.
