Full Time Construction Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Redezign Interior 40150 - Maukerja

Diploma, Certificate or relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in renovation, interior fit-out or construction projects.

Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage subcontractors and monitor project progress effectively.

Willing to travel between project sites and work beyond normal hours when required.

Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is completed according to project schedules.

Monitor workmanship, quality and compliance with drawings, specifications and safety requirements.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal project teams.

Monitor site progress and prepare daily site reports, progress updates and relevant documentation.

Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimise delays and rework.

Ensure materials, tools and equipment are available and properly managed on-site.

Conduct site inspections and report any defects or non-compliance to management.

Ensure housekeeping and site safety practices are maintained throughout the project.

Perform other site-related duties as assigned by management.
