Operation Executive (Quality Control)

• Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fi eld.

·        Preferred a minimum 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or operations within logistics / supply chain industry. However, fresh grads are also welcomed!

·        Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.

·        Detail-oriented, structured, and strong problem-solving ability.

Operation Executive (Fleet Management)

• Requirements:

·        Experience in logistics, supply chain or land transportation coordination, familiar with FTL,

·        store delivery and cross-border transportation operations.

·        Familiar with bonded and Malaysia-Singapore cross-border transportation processes;

·        candidates with transportation supplier resources are preferred.

·        Proficient in Excel, Google Sheet and other office software, with Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.

·      Experience in GPS monitoring systems, TMS, cold chain or DG transportation operations is an added advantage.

Operation Executive (Network Management)

• Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

·        Proficient in standard office software such as Microsoft Word & Excel and capable of efficiently handling daily document processing and data organization tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Operational Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor operational performance across the region; analyze data regarding customer complaints, delivery timeliness, loss, and damage to promptly identify and assess issues related to rules, resources, routing, and operational procedures.

·        Major Event Response: Coordinate operational responses to significant external events such as public activities or natural disasters within the region; proactively allocate resources and transport capacity to ensure stable and safe operations.

·        Major Anomaly Follow-up: Manage the information collection, communication, escalation, and follow-up for major operational and non-operational anomalies in the region; drive relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and ensure full closure.

·        Timeliness and Customer Complaint Management: Lead the coordination and follow-up on issues regarding pickup and delivery timeliness as well as customer complaints; facilitate the rapid resolution of anomalies to continuously enhance the customer service experience.

·        Video Surveillance Management: Oversee the functionality of surveillance equipment in the region; conduct random video checks of facility operations to promptly detect and intervene in irregular or improper operational practices.

·        Resource Allocation System Development: Establish and refi ne the region's dynamic resource allocation mechanism; coordinate resources—including personnel, vehicles, and facilities—based on business volume, timeliness requirements, and anomaly status to ensure timely and rational resource deployment.
