Job Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service by managing inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels

Process customer requests, orders, and transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth operations

Provide clear product and service information to address customer questions and concerns

Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and documentation for reliable tracking and reporting

Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

Follow company policies and procedures while upholding high standards of customer care

Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements and meet deadlines

Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and collect feedback for continuous service enhancement

Contribute actively to achieving customer service targets and key performance indicators

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues using strong written and verbal skills

Organize and manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently to meet deadlines

Demonstrate a professional and courteous demeanor with a commitment to outstanding customer service

Apply problem-solving skills to remain calm and patient in challenging situations

Utilize computer systems and office software applications proficiently for daily operations

Apply knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and freight forwarding coordination to support logistics

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Previous customer service experience in a similar role

Familiarity with export procedures, shipping documentation, and freight forwarding coordination

Prior experience handling exports to China, including China customs and import documentation requirements
