Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in managing and executing influencer/KOL campaigns from strategy to completion.
- Strong existing network and relationships with influencers, celebrities, and content creators.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using social media analytics and influencer marketing tools.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Leverage a strong network of celebrities, influencers, and A-list KOLs for impactful collaborations and long-term partnerships.
- Manage, guide, and mentor a team of KOL executives to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and achievement of KPIs.
- Develop and maintain an updated database of KOLs across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) and industries.
- Identify and evaluate suitable KOLs based on brand alignment, audience relevance, engagement rate, and authenticity.
- Negotiate partnership terms, including deliverables, compensation, and timelines, ensuring mutual satisfaction and value creation.
- Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with KOLs, agencies, and partners to ensure successful long-term collaborations.
- Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and achieving high ROI.
- Track, monitor, and analyse campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion, and sales impact.
- Prepare data-driven reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and support decision-making.
- Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, emerging KOLs, and competitor strategies to continuously enhance campaign impact.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to align influencer activities with overall brand objectives.
